Women Love Sports Too

A real woman’s Sunday morning begins with opening a can of Hormel chili, mixing it with some ground beef, and putting it on the stove. Next we go to the closest grocery store about an hour before kick off to pick up that 24 pack of beer your boyfriend wanted, while grabbing yourself some marghertia mix. It is 12:59 you’re gathered around the T.V. with your closest football friends, “wooo” the whistle sounds and the clock starts running.

A real woman won’t be watching HGTV, especially during football season, she will be tuning into ESPNEWS. Even though when we were younger all we did was play Barbie dolls while the boys were out playing catch with their fathers, women will eventually grow to love sports. We are forced to watch them and once we understand them we can’t get enough. We enjoy an underdog sports movie, like Rudy, as much as the men do. And while you’re sitting at dinner checking your Fantasy team stats you bet we will be doing the same thing and most likely kicking your butt. A sport not only brings men together but it can bring men and women together as well. Next time you think your lady is bored while watching the Boston Red Sox play the New York Yankees your probably right because real women only like the physical contact sports, even though the tight baseball pants are enjoyable you can only stare at someone’s rear for a few innings. As long as the men stick to football, hockey, and boxing the real women will be just fine. Go Bulls!
